This is a three bedroom two bathroom single level home in a quiet neighborhood in Caldwell the home has a split bedroom plan. I am currently renting the master bedroom and there are two bedrooms on the other end of the house that have a bathroom in between them. I’m looking for a female to rent one or both of the bedrooms I’m happy for it to be a single mom with children as I’m a single mom with one 12-year old boy who is sharing my room with me. the common areas will be furnished. The bedrooms are not furnished. There is parking available in the garage. It’s a two car garage and I don’t prefer to park my car in a garage. There is a beautiful backyard, mature landscaping. The close cross streets are Linden and Farmway. It’s pretty quick access to either downtown Caldwell or the freeway. this is a pet free smoke free home.
