Looking for a roomie!

I have a room for rent in my three bedroom home. I live here with my very nice roommate, who lives in the smaller bedroom. I am a single woman in my twenties preferably seeking another woman for a roommate (comfortablity reasons). However we would also consider a guy, as long as you’re respectful! (:

No security deposit needed!

I love to paint, longboard, do pottery, camp, rockhound, go antiquing and play video games. I’m a huge fan of horror movies/shows and anime. I am also a coffee and food fanatic, which means I love to cook. I’ll occasionally host a get-together at my place with friends, which will typically be a board/card game night.

I tend to be home most weekdays after work and go out on weekends. I am also going back to school in the fall, which might cause me to be home even less.

I can either be really sociable or keep to myself, depending on the preference of who I’m around. Both my roommate and I are pretty quiet.

Unfortunately there’s no additional pets allowed, due to currently being at the pet maximum for household. Must love big loud dogs (they are 110lbs each).

You will be sharing the back bathroom, with my current roommate. We do have a washer and dryer, so you may do laundry at your convenience.

Utilities are separate from the rent price. Utilities total out to be roughly an extra $100 a month max. Only one person can move in. Room is available to rent immediately. Rent is also due by the first of each month.
