There is a shared full kitchen, laundry room on site, and bathroom would be shared. We are rather private people, the shared spaces are for everyone and our dog has access to those. We tend to be quiet one roommate does get a little loud when gaming. The utilities we have included is internet. So that will be added to rent but when divided it’s not much.
