Looking for a M/F professional roommate (20s, 30s, or 40s) to sign a 1 yr lease on a 2BR/2BA apartment on a high floor of a high-end luxury building with incredible water/NYC/Statue of Liberty views from the entire apartment. You get a large bedroom (14' by 13') with private bath. You'll share the apartment with me (I'm a young, elementary school principal) who will be in the master bedroom (negotiable if you have strong preference).
Move In Date of July 1, July 15, or August 1 (somewhat flexible).

Unbeatable location, just feet away from the Warren St Ferry (which will get you to World Trade area in 5 minutes), and a short walk to the Grove Street or Exchange Place Path Stations, the Light Rail, or other Ferries (NY Waterway, etc.).

2BR/2BA apartment. 11th floor, south and east facing, sunny.
Large rooms and huge closets.
Large balcony with extraordinary views of NYC skyline and Statue of Liberty that connects to the living room.
Washer/Dryer in unit.
Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances
Ample space in the kitchen and fridge to share.

ROOMMATE
I am friendly, down-to-earth and a good communicator. Looking for the same. Whether we end up friends or simply respectful, supportive roommates is good with me either way.

Key requirements:
- Financially responsible
- No smoking or drugs anywhere in the apartment
- Very clean. Keep common areas and kitchen clutter-free and tidy.
- Respectful of keeping noise to a reasonably low level at night. Having friends over for an occasional party/get-together is cool!
- Overnight friends/bfs/gfs are welcome! But not a live-in situation.

COSTS
Rent is $1,795/month.
Internet and electricity costs are extra and will be split evenly.
It would be ideal if both of us are wiling to split the cost for a cleaner monthly too.
No broker fee.
Security Deposit of one month's rent.
