Looking for anyone willing to be a respectful and responsible roommate and can timely pay the monthly rent. I'm someone who is very chill and laid back, easy to get along with. I keep the space clean and have included pictures of the main living area kitchen and bathroom. Entire unit is approximately 1000 square feet of space. Includes a balcony. Rent is 1700/month including utilities and only other cost would be 40/50 for wifi depending on plan selection at the time. Unit is located on a floor close to the ground level where the laundry units are located (have to pay for laundry using ATM style card). Extremely convenient location, across the street from the PATH station and close to grove st and Newark ave easy access to waterfront area and downtown restaurants and bars. Unit has central heating and cooling units for main space and both rooms. Garbage shoot at end of hallway for regular waste and recycling. Gym available for additional cost (150 for 3 months). Expect a living situation that is simple and peaceful. I enjoy staying active in nature and exercising and working out at the gym, also not a loud person.
