I opted not to use the table they offer, and got my own adjustable height desk (will remove my desk, unless you specify you want to keep it)
I attached a corner shower caddy (will remove, unless you specify you want to keep it)
I use the fold-out wall desk as my dining area
During the evenings, I set aside my adjustable height desk and chairs, move my plant to the foyer area, fold the wall desk, and bring down the murphy bed, transforming the room from a work-from-home space to a sleeping space
Building manager will refresh the apartment prior to move in
