Hi, this is Ashley, Helen and Shane. We live in a beautiful 2 floor, 3 bedroom apartment in downtown JC. Helen and Ashley are on to new adventures, but the apartment is so beautiful and centrally located that Shane would like to see if she can find 2 roommates instead of moving out herself!

Located a block from downtown JC (Right by Pet Shop / Left Bank Burger)
5 min walk to Grove St PATH
Lots of light and closet space in all rooms
Laundromat and supermarket a block away, close to many great restaurants.
Water, Trash and Sewer included in utilities.
Currently a month to month lease, but looking for roommates who want a year lease.
We pay $22 each a month for Verizon internet, and $10 - $60 to PSE&G. We also generally split house goods like soap, paper towels, toilet paper and olive oil.
Shane has the medium room and pays 1150.

Looking for roommates who are women 26 - 36, students or professionals.

We follow an easy weekly / monthly chore chart, nothing crazy.
