I’m leaving my current lease (until November 30) by June 1 and am looking for someone, preferably female roommate, to take the remainder of my lease. You’ll be living with 2 other roommates, a graduate student and a corporate lawyer, both female. They are extremely covid conscious, are silent and keep to themselves.

My apartment building is right next to Grove Street Station (literally 30 seconds walk), so getting to downtown Manhattan is extremely convenient. It is a high-rise apartment building with a 24 hour front service desk and secure mail and package pickup area. You’ll also be at the centre of Jersey City and be close to all the good restaurants and bars near the corner. There is a ShopRite about 10 minutes away as well as smaller grocery stores around the corner. Also, a Whole Foods store is opening up less than 10 minutes away!

The apartment is located on the 7th floor, with easy access to all the building amenities. You’ll also have access to your own private terrace that your other roommates don’t get to enjoy. This is room that used to be a large living room, now converted to a bedroom with floor to ceiling barriers for privacy.

Rent: $1100 per month (this is after one month free, you only pay me 1100 while I pay 1246 to the landlord). You must be able to stay for the remainder of the lease. Option to renew after November 30 is available. Barely used bedroom furniture available for purchase.
