Rent clean and tidy Room. $700 Month

Looking for someone to take my place in a 4 bedroom house in downtown Jersey City. This is a month to month situation with no lease signing required. Currently two women?s and one male occupy the others room. The room is decent size and comes with a large closet. The balcony is shared with one roommate. You?ll be sharing a bathroom with one more person. Everyone here mostly keeps to themselves.

1st floor: kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony. You?ll have access to all of this.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (yours would be here)
3nd floor: 1 bedroom

Utilities come out about $80/month, sometimes slightly lower but normally doesn?t get higher than that.
Move in day would be December 1st are due for move in.
1 month security and 1st month are due for move in.

Since I am relocating, I?ll be selling my furniture as well.
