Large bright room in 2 bed 2 bath by Grove PATH

A bit about the apartment:

- This apartment is very large, bright, has hardwood floors, and tons of storage.
- There is free laundry in the hallway on every floor
- Central AC and heat
- Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis - we'd have to contact the landlord
- My roommate will be taking her couch and coffee table, so it would be great if you had furniture to spare!
- Outdoor common patio area
- No doorman
- Utilities are not included unfortunately - Verizon internet is about 42 per person per month (open to switching if there's something cheaper) and heat / AC really vary depending on the time of year, but I'd estimate 45-70 per person per month
- Parking spot available with the apartment and is free (I'm not currently using it, so it would be available for you to use. In the very unlikely event that I'd need to use it as well, we can work out an arrangement!)

The room:
- Can fit 2 queen beds, has 2 large closets, and has its own (not attached) bathroom. Large windows make it bright and sunny!

This apartment is a great deal for its location. It is a:

- 3-4 minute walk from Grove St PATH
- <10 minutes walk from Exchange Place PATH
- 20 minute uber from NWK Airport (great if you travel a ton for work!)
- 7 minute walk from Harsimus Cove light rail station
- 10 minute walk from the waterfront area
- 2-3 minute walk from Newark Ave pedestrian street with shops / restaurants
- 15 min walk from Newport Mall

What I'm looking for in a roommate:

I am looking for a female in her mid-late 20s / 30s (no couples please). I am a pretty low-key person and I'm hoping to find someone who can be friendly but also respects that we may need time to ourselves etc. In the past I've become friendly / friends with my roommates, but it's not an expectation or a requirement at all.

I am VERY clean, and would like my roommate to be as well. I view my apartment as a space to relax after a long day at work, and don't tend to host people during the week (and don't often do so on weekends either). As such, I generally prefer to live with people who feel the same way about their living space, and don't throw lots of parties etc., no smoking / drugs etc.

About me:

I'm in my late 20s, and I'd describe myself as pretty low key. I often work long hours, and generally leave around 8 and come back around 8 or 9, so I don't host people during the week, and after work I usually cook a quick meal and eat, watch TV, etc. On the weekends, I usually go to my friends' places vs host people here, but I may occasionally have a friend or two over for a movie. I enjoy cooking, and cook on Sundays to prep for the rest of the week. For fun, I like to go see shows, go to the park, gym, and try new restaurants with friends!
