Sunny Corner Apartment in Downtown Jersey City

I recently accepted a job offer out on the West Coast and am now looking for someone to take over my bedroom! Even though it is a one bedroom apartment, it is extremely spacious, and the living room is currently inhabited by a very wonderful, respectful working professional. Part of the living room is completely blocked off by a curtain for her room, but as you can see by the photos, there was so much remaining space we were able to create a sitting area complete with a couch and coffee table!

The apartment is right next to downtown Jersey City and is a 7 minute walk to the Path Station. It is also a 1 minute walk away from the Light Rail, which can take you to places like the Newport Centre Mall and Exchange Place! The apartment itself is incredibly well lit (I know every single post ever says that, but believe me, all the walls have windows) and it is located in a High Rise luxury complex complete with very friendly doormen! The apartment also comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, the kitchen and living room come fully equipped, and the complex has a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a lounge.

We are looking for a female working professional to take over my part of the lease ASAP for at least a year! Someone who is clean, respectful, and enjoys hanging out over a glass of wine since the current occupant of the living room loves to spend quality time out in the city. Thank you and good luck!
