We are looking for someone to rent the master bedroom in this spacious 3BR apartment flexibly starting May 1st- June 1st. The room's rent is $1450/month and a $2,175 security deposit. This is a two-minute walk from Grove Street Path Station. The apartment is very spacious with 12-foot ceilings. It is very well connected to Manhattan via the PATH (7min to WTC & 20min to 33rd). The apartment has ample, shared living room space, a balcony with grill and seating overlooking courtyard, and an open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals.

The room for rent has plenty of space and it has its own private, full bathroom. There is enough room to fit a king-sized bed (Like the one in the picture), desk, dresser and nightstands. The room has three large windows facing north and a spacious closet. The room will come partially furnished if desired.

The building has a washer/dryer on each floor, which are frequently available. The building also has an elevator, mail room, and indoor/outdoor parking available for an additional monthly fee.

The area is located in a historic downtown Jersey city neighborhood full of young professionals. It has an amazing city-like scene with lots of new restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you want a view of NYC, you can look off our balcony or walk a few minutes to the waterfront by Exchange Place or Newport. There is also a ShopRite, shopping mall, and multiple fitness centers around the corner.

The current roommates are two working professional females and are looking for a new, responsible roommate who would be willing to join the lease and renew at the end of May.
