I would like to rent a room out to a professional with someone that understands quietness, Cleaning, and respect of other people’s property..
You will have use of a whole proportion of the house which includes the living room, hall, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and back and front patio..
There won’t be any overnight guest unless agreed upon in advance and will pay a small additional charge per day for over night guess for no more the one night..
Absolutely no pets no smoking and no alcohol..
My neighborhood is very quiet.. We have very nice restaurants, distilleries and theaters within walking distance… less than a quarter of a mile… there is also Pilates studio.. church across the street…
The police station is located right town center..
