Piedmont Park, about ten blocks away. The neighborhood is very walkable, even late at night.
Two MARTA stops are two blocks away.
Emory Midtown, Cliften, Grady, and Piedmont Hospital are less than four miles away, Buckhead about six, downtown, five.
The house has a well equipped big kitchen, resembling a restaurant kitchen with a six burner Vulcan stove, with stainless prep tables.
Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, dining room, and glassed in front porch. There’s a nice garden where flowers and vegetables are grown. There’s plenty of safe parking on the street, only two roommates drive.
