Looking for a new roommate to resign the lease as current roommate is moving out once lease expires (moving in with fiancé).
I have lived here for 4 years now, and love it so I do not want to move. Location is truly the best in Atlanta: in Virginia Highlands neighborhood, direct access to beltline from inside apartment complex, walk to Piedmont Park and Midtown. My office is in midtown, so I love being so close.
The apartment is fully furnished and common areas include a living room, kitchen, dining area, and porch. If the new roommate has any of their own touches they want to add or change, totally love that. I want this to be their home too.
Available room has its own bathroom and walk in closet. The room is currently fully furnished - if the potential new roommate wants to keep any of the existing furniture, etc. If not, my current roommate moving out will get rid of anything the new roommate does not want to keep.
