Room for Rent – Roommate to share home

I’m a freelance photographer working throughout Northeast Florida, so my schedule can be a little unpredictable. I split my time between working from home and being out in the field, so I really value a clean, organized, relaxed environment at home.

I’m a creative person with a slightly unconventional background—I grew up skateboarding, got into graffiti, so like many of us, I became a graphic designer. Graduated from SCAD and got exposed to all different types of art, until eventually settling on photography. I’m a little more geek than nerd so I enjoy most things Star Wars, PlayStation and anime.

I’m a social-introvert that appreciates a good conversation, but I’m also independent and respectful of people’s personal space. Looking for someone who is similarly easygoing or at least easy to communicate with.

I also have a large-breed dog who’s basically a giant teddy bear. He’s very affectionate and loves people (good with kids). Because of that, I’d ideally prefer someone without pets, but I’m open to discussing the right situation as long as they’re house-trained and we’d all be a good fit. RENT IS NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT FIT.
