Welcome to a beautiful, nearly new home located in a quiet, well-maintained community in St. Augustine. The house is only a few years old and has been lightly lived in, as I travel frequently for work and spend much of my time away from home.

I am seeking a responsible, professional, and respectful individual to rent a private section of the home. The rental includes a spacious bedroom, a full private bathroom, and access to the second floor, providing a high level of privacy and personal space.

A little about me: I am a professional who works full-time during the day from home. I live alone, do not smoke, and do not have pets. I keep a very clean, organized, and peaceful home environment and am looking for someone with similar values and habits.

This home would be an excellent fit for a working professional who appreciates a quiet and comfortable living space. Because of my work schedule, I require peaceful and quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
