My husband and I currently live here with our 9-year-old dog, a lab mix. We appreciate a clean and organized house and are looking for a roommate who is a non-smoker, non-vaper, responsible, employed, and respectful of common areas.

The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of activities within walking distance. It is conveniently located near SR-417, I-4, University of Central Florida (UCF), Downtown Orlando, the airports, and the beaches. Additionally, close to major attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Orlando International Airport, Amway Center, and Orlando Sanford International Airport, all within 30-45 minutes.

The private bedroom is located on the first floor of our townhome. It includes a king-size memory foam bed, a full-size closet, and a full bathroom with a tub. Additional amenities: a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Enjoy your own private balcony, as well as access to a community pool and fitness center. The townhome is just a short walk from a grocery store, restaurants, a bike trail, and more.
