ABOUT US:
Private bedroom available for a *responsible female*, as I work from home. This property is intended for a clean and respectful professional, graduate student, or business traveler. Our goal is to maintain a relaxed, low/no-drama living environment where everyone contributes to the upkeep of shared spaces.

The owners (my husband and I) are business owners and currently live here with our 9-year-old dog (a lab mix). During the week, we tend to be fairly quiet due to our gym routines, work commitments, and early mornings. We like to keep the house clean and organized. We are looking for a female roommate who shares a similar lifestyle: non-smoker, non-vaper, responsible, employed, and respectful of the common areas.

Stylish, spacious 1-bedroom suite, suited for a professional, graduate student, or business traveler. Within a short walk of a grocery store, restaurants, a bike trail, and more.

The private bedroom is on the 1st floor of our townhome, which we currently live in. It features a king-sized memory foam bed, a full-size closet, a full bathroom with a tub, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, smart TV, a private balcony, and a community pool/fitness center.

The windows let in tons of natural light, but there are blackout window shades to darken when you want to keep the light out.

Street Parking is available to the front of the property or to the side of the property; one vehicle. RV's are “not” allowed.
The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of activities within walking distance. It is conveniently located near SR-417, I-4, Downtown Orlando, the airports, and the beaches. Additionally, close to major attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Orlando International Airport, Amway Center, and Orlando Sanford International Airport, all within 30-45 minutes.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
• House Type: Spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse spread over 3 stories, with shared common areas. Residents occupy the 3rd floor, while a private bedroom is on the 1st floor.
• Room Details: 14x12 bedroom featuring a closet, private bathroom, and a private balcony. Limited storage area.
• Shared Areas: Access to a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, dining room, living room, and washer/dryer.
• Utilities: Water, electricity, and internet/WIFI are all included in the monthly rent.
• Amenities: Outdoor parking available for standard vehicle/s (no RVs or trailers), central air conditioning, plus community pool and gym.
• House Rules: Make sure to clean up after yourself. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed. Avoid excessive clutter. Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Please keep noise levels down.
• Pets: No pets of any kind—there is currently a 9-year-old lab mix in residence.
