The bedroom comes fully move-in ready with a comfortable bed and essential furnishings—just bring your clothes and personal items!

Ideally, you are someone who:

Respects shared spaces and cleans up after themselves (especially in the kitchen and bathroom).

Values clear communication and mutual respect.

Strictly observes our household quiet hours between 10:30 p. m. and 8:30 a. m.

Combines clothes efficiently to stick to the one full load of laundry per week guidelines.

Is responsible with rent, background checks, and reference checks.

Terms:

Monthly Rent: $800 (negotiable for the perfect roommate fit)

Move-in requirements: First month’s rent ($800) + Security Deposit ($800).
