Hello, because of skying rent prices, I have decided to convert my living room into a private space and rent out monthly

Divider for enclosed privacy (need to update photo to show tarp divider)

Portable Closet

675 Monthly Rent (everything included- utilities- electric, paper towels, etc)

Washer and dryer in Unit (2x per week allotted use)

Central location- Publix, restaurants, gyms, downtown, airport, nightlife, parks, etc

Kitchen and shared bathroom access

Patio

Easy approval- 150$ move in fee, No deposit required

AlI need is 3 character references (1 can be a family member), and a 10$ background check obtainable from local sheriff’s office (I won’t automatically write you off if there is a criminal history, it’s just to have an idea)

I don’t care about credit check and all that

We can start on a monthly basis and see how it goes

Smoking cigarettes okay outside. No drugs at all please

I am up a lot at night time and use the kitchen and dining room next to the living space (separated by divider), but will always be as quiet as possible and use very dim light
