Renting a spacious, furnished bedroom on the first floor within our home that's been recently updated (new paint, overhead fan with light, and sturdy furniture) and features a scenic view of the water, backyard trees, and surrounding wildlife!

This space is for a single occupant, however, we're fine with family, friends, and overnight guests who visit. We make considerations for pets, too (preference for dogs that DO NOT bark excessively, and caged creatures of any kind).

Street parking is available, and there's no smoking within the common areas (vaping is fine though, of course). Rent includes pool access and utilities (water, electricity, WiFi) and use of the washer and dryer. We're excited also to be creating a garden space (currently have mangoes and will be planting coconut trees, cherries, raspberries, onions, and some other herbs) and a home gym in 2024!

Please be organized and clean, and prepare to pitch in with cleaning common areas and bathrooms (supplies and equipment are provided to you free of cost).
