The room measurements are 11’ x 12’ in a 4-bedroom 2 story end unit townhouse on the second floor. Male or Female, non-smoker, age 20+, NO COUPLES, NO PETS. AVAILABLE NOW, $900/month, includes: electric, water and Wi-Fi. CABLE NOT INCLUDED. MOVE IN FEES: Deposit $450 plus First month rent of $900 due at signing of lease. I require 2 references; proof of employment and you will be asked to sign a written lease one week in advance along with the first months’ rent and deposit.

LOCATION: East Orlando/Avalon Park/Timber Pointe Community. Gated community, in Timber Pointe, on street parking, quiet neighborhood. Community pool is within walking distance. Close to Publix, Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Aldi, WaWa, Jersey Mike’s, Gas stations etc.

SEEKING ROOMMATE to SHARE my 4-bedroom 2 story townhouse. I occupy the master bedroom downstairs and I have a small male Shih-tzu that stays downstairs with me and am looking for a roommate to rent a FURNISHED bedroom upstairs (has a brand-new queen-size bed and bedframe, a nightstand, a floor lamp, cubicle with 4 bins, Dresser with 8 drawers, 32”TV with remote, Vornado floor tower fan and a ceiling fan), the room measurements are 11’ x 12’). There is a full bathroom and laundry room upstairs that you will share with current tenants.

You will share the laundry room and the kitchen with me, and the current tenants. The length of the lease is for 12 months minimum, with the option to renew. The $450 deposit is refundable as long as the room, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen etc. is in good condition.

NO PETS, NO KIDS, NO COUPLES, NON-SMOKERS.
