Clean Modern Apartment Room in Miami Beach

This is a two bedroom, two bath unit in Millionaire's Row, Miami Beach. 1040sq feet. Single professional male looking for a roomate. I have a 2nd bedroom with full bathroom. I would like a quiet professional type, particularly in the morning hours. Everything else about you I am flexible. I priced this very reasonable because i understand it's awkward to share a space with someone you don't know and you have to deal with some HOA paperwork. Please understand everything in Miami Beach is difficult. The apartment is very modern, clean and minimalist. The apartment is located across the street from the beach. Partial ocean views. East facing but comes with an almost blackout shade, for proper rest. The room is unfurnished, but i may be able to proved a bed upon request.

Air conditioning, electricity, water, internet, TV, Roku, access to printer are all INCLUDED in the rent.

Parking is NOT included. You can valet park for around 100$ per month or rent a parking spot from someone in the garage around 150$ per month. Community pool and BBQ area right on Indian Creek. Very nice, watch yachts go by.

My association requires a 12 month contract. If this is an issue, talk to me about it. My association requires approval of renters. They will charge about 120$ for a background check and they will ask for proof of funds or two W2's. This is a major inconvenience, I apologize for. Please understand that any apartment in Miami Beach will require alot of paperwork. Let's talk.
