Waterfront overlooking the Bay and Ocean. Inspirational view. Seriously people come for 2 months and stay years. Great references.

This is a quiet safe place in Miami Beach called Bay Harbor islands. Its 4 minutes by bike or car to the beach. (Citibike across the street.) Walking is less than 15 minutes.

South Beach and clubs are 20 minutes there and 15 back. Lots of services and restaurants nearby. the kitchen has just about everything. The building has a pool, gym, package services, doorman, gym, fishing and boat dock.

Shared bath most of the time. I travel and have family in the building so feel free to to use it hours on end. The room is very comfortable and quiet. Its a bit small as bedrooms go but people stay for years and are very happy. Its the view and other amenities that make this a special place.

It looks over two parks, Oleta and Haulover therefore very few units with this view. Jeff Bezos, Tom & Gizelle Brady and Jared & Ivanka Kusher live on the next island. (This view is better.) Top executives from Netflix and AOL have properties here because the view is unparalleled.

There is an outlet to the ocean and any boat that wants out has to pass by and its another perk. The water changes color all day from emerald green to aquamarine.

I am very easygoing however its a condo an there are a list of house rules. We have two tikki huts and BBQs.

Want personal references I have many excellent ones. If you would like to speak to ex roommates they said ok. One was here last night and he moved out 3 years ago.

Get back about yourself if interested. A reserved parking space is about $100-$125/mo. Electricity is split at about $40-$50/mo. Wifi is $25 Cable is in the living room and is $30 to wire the bedroom. We use a lot of cleaning supplies expect $30/mo and normal paper products etc. This price is not for 1 month stays. Expect a monthly cost of $1375 without reserved parking.
