Rental Options:
• $400/week with a 2-week minimum. Total $800 to be paid upfront every 2 weeks to move in. A 2-week notice is required to move out.
• $350/week with a 4-week minimum. Total upfront payment of $2,100 due at move-in, which includes 4 weeks of rent ($1,400) plus a $700 deposit. A 4-week move-out notice is required.
• $1,200/month with a 3-month minimum. $1,200 deposit upfront required, for a total of $2,400 to move in. A 3-month move-out notice is required.
Deposit may not be used for your last week or month of living on the property. It is a deposit that will be returned within 5 business days after you move out.
