Miami beach room (Normandy area)

Renting out a private bedroom with its own bathroom in my 2/2 apartment on Normandy Isles, Miami Beach. The apartment is right on the canal—perfect if you have a paddleboard, kayak, or other water toys—and the beach is only an 8‑minute bike ride away.

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, drug‑free, a non‑smoker, and lives a quiet lifestyle. The building is very peaceful, and I’d like to keep it that way. Rent is $1,200 per month plus a security deposit.

I own a boat and occasionally go out with friends, so you’d be welcome to join sometimes. I also travel often to Germany to visit my girlfriend, which means you’ll have the apartment to yourself quite a bit throughout the year.
