If you are a professional, respectful mature adult who is looking for a clean and quiet furnished place in an upscale building then contact me.

I have an extra room and bath in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment in a high rise on South Beach/West Avenue.

The room and bath are private and not shared. We share the kitchen, dining and living room areas as well as the fantastic balcony with stunning south beach views (see photos).

Fully furnished: Queen bed, dresser, smart TV, lounge chair, desk - see the pics. Parking available for extra fee.

I live a very healthy life . Usually bed by 11am and up by 7am. Enjoy outside activities and hanging with friends and family. Reading, listening to music and working out - yoga, gym, beach tennis, etc.
