I’m looking for an easy-going person who goes to work or is in school/university on a full-time basis.
I live in a beautiful 1200 sqft apartment with a balcony on the Miami River and enjoy my peace and quiet. I would love to share the apartment with a like-minded person who enjoys sipping coffee in the balcony in the morning and enjoying sunsets in the evening but has a busy life that keeps them gainfully occupied. The rent includes all utilities. Large room with balcony. Abundant closet space. Private bathroom (not shared).
