The apartment is shared with a 25-year-old young professional who is social, and enjoys hanging out, while still keeping the place clean and respectful. Ideal for another young professional with a similar vibe.

**Water and broadband are included. Electricity is the only utility not included.** The apartment also features in-unit laundry.

**Lease term:** The lease runs through October, so the incoming roommate would need to stay until then.

**Parking:** One parking space is included. A second vehicle is not included; additional cars would use the building’s valet service at $250/month, which can be discussed and negotiated between roommates since one space is already free.
