Hi! My name is Brooke and I am looking for someone to move into my roommate's bedroom when she moves out. She needs to move to NYC for her job in July 2024.
I am going to be taking the bar exam at the end of July, and then I will be traveling most of August so you'll be able to adjust and get comfortable in the apartment! After then, I'll be working full time as an attorney so I won't be home much during the week.
Rent is a total of $3950, with the master bedroom being $2100 per month, and the smaller bedroom being $1850 per month. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and access to the beautiful balcony! Best views in Miami!
In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, try new places, and have the occasional lazy day watching Netflix. I am super nice and considerate, and also get along with most types of people. If you are interested or want more information you can message me on instagram: ! Thanks!
