ISO roommate

My name is Stephanie and I live most of the year in the northern US but I suffer from seasonal affective disorder so I purchased a home in Jacksonville Florida and I try to go down every 6-8 weeks. I don’t want to just let the property sit empty while I am not there so I am looking for roommates. I have rehabbed the house in the inside but continue to make small improvements. I am starting to do more on the outside of the house. This ad says it is in Springfield but it isn’t, that’s just the closest option. It is in a neighborhood nearby. I am looking for roommates that appreciate a peaceful place to stay. I won’t be there very much but when I am, I like a calm and clean environment. If you struggle with tidiness, this will probably not be a good fit. All the utilities are included, including WiFi. Each room has a double bed and the mattresses have an encapsulation and an additional cover on top. I will consider pets but they must be housebroken and free of fleas. I prefer at least three months but would consider a shorter term for a higher rent. These can be discussed on an individual basis. Last note: one bedroom is smaller and the other one is larger. I wouldn’t call it large, I’d say medium but my only choices were small and large. So I’d say there is one small bedroom and one large.
