Furnished Bedroom for Rent

Incudes access to kitchen, hallway bathroom (which will be shared with one other person), laundry room, backyard/pool. I am a landlord and this is how I earn a living. I'm looking for someone stable, with transportation and a full time job or school and part time job. You will have to submit an application and there is a $35 fee required for background check. You'll need to sign a lease and "house rules" attachment. Looking for someone quiet and clean who will fit in and not cause drama or problems. I will be very selective since its my home. Sharing your social media accounts would be very helpful. You need to be accepting of diversity. I have one lovable elderly dog that barks at random times and 2 cats. Other details will be disclosed before you move in.
