About Me:

I am 27 years old and have one dog, JJ, who is the sweetest and laziest dog you'll meet and lives at the house with me. I worked as a lighting control engineer for a company up in NYC, but recently decided to transition to a new profession. I am a very active person. I love being outdoors and have played soccer my whole life. I play in adult soccer leagues and flag football leagues on a regular basis and occasionally play spikeball and pickleball and sometimes some other sports like kickball when my friends convince me to join! I like going out, but also enjoy staying in. I love to travel and try new things! I love trying new coffee shops and restaurants and love a good beach day. I am quiet, clean, and organized and always try my best to be considerate of others.

About Vickie:

Vickie is 24 from Brazil and is starting her studies at FSCJ in architectural design with a focus in construction software. She currently works as a nanny/dog walker. She is a very kind and considerate person and incredibly welcoming and always loves to help out! She is also super clean and organized. She has been a great roommate and good friend and I am very happy to have her living at my home.

About You:

I am hoping to find some other young female professionals in their 20s or 30s that are also quiet, clean, and considerate of others to fill these rooms. Would love to be friends, but also value/respect alone time and space. Ready to move in on or after April 20th!

Lease Terms and Requirements:

- $900/month for rent + utilities + internet
- $300 security deposit
- Minimum of 1 month stay and lease will be Month-to-Month
- No pets (would be willing to negotiate this one for a pet that gets along fine with my dog)
- No couples

The House:

🏠 4 bed/2bath (currently renovating one bathroom) 1500 sqft with a large fenced in backyard at the end of a cul-de-sac.

🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with whatever you may need

🛋️ Fully furnished living room and dining room to be shared by all roomies

🚾 The shared bathroom is fully furnished and will not be used for makeup/getting ready. Each bedroom is provided with a nice mirror for this purpose.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑Total roomies would be 3 until I finish renovating my other bathroom.

The Location:

🌊 10-15 min drive/15-20 min bike ride to the beach and Atlantic Beach Town Center

🛶 5 min drive/10 min bike ride to Dutton Island Preserve, which has hiking, kayak ramps, and camping on the Intracoastal Waterway

🥒5 min drive/10 min bike ride to Donner Park. Perfect for pickleballers!

The Room:

🛏️ Fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, Roku TV, blackout curtains, plenty of storage, towels, sheets, blankets, etc.
