The property owner occupies a separate private bedroom and bathroom. Residents share the kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, and laundry facilities.

Our goal is to provide a peaceful, welcoming environment where residents can feel comfortable and enjoy their own private space.

SECURITY & PRIVACY:

Video-only security cameras are installed around the exterior and in the designated shared living room. Cameras do not record audio and are not installed in private bedrooms or bathrooms.

ELECTRICITY POLICY:

The household includes a $250 monthly electricity allowance. Any overage is divided into five equal shares, with the owner covering their share and all vacant-bedroom shares.
