Quiet Private Room - Utilities & WiFi Included

Private room available in a clean, quiet, and peaceful home. The room includes a walk-in closet and access to the full bathroom located on the second floor. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor.

Rent is $700 per month, including electricity, water, Wi-Fi/internet, and reasonable use of the washer and dryer. The security deposit is $300, and the rental is month-to-month.

The bathtub is fully usable; however, the surface has some older/chipping paint. I plan to eventually renovate the bathtub area and convert it to a walk-in shower. Parking is available in the designated area.

The living room is a shared area; however, the television in the living room is my personal TV and is not included for roommate use. You are welcome to have your own television and streaming devices in your bedroom and use the included Wi-Fi.

I'm a 49-year-old straight male who works full-time. I have no criminal record and place a high value on maintaining a safe, clean, quiet, and respectful home.

I'm looking for one responsible and respectful person who is clean, takes care of the home, and pays rent on time. I value privacy and want the home to remain comfortable and peaceful for both of us.

The roommate must be a non-smoker. No pets or animals. No visitors or overnight guests. This is a firearm-free home, and no firearms are permitted on the property.

The room is for one person only and cannot be shared or subleased.

Before moving in, the selected roommate will be required to complete a background and credit screening and sign a month-to-month room rental agreement explaining the rent and house rules.
