Occupancy (Important):
• Pricing is based on 1 person per room
• Each additional person increases rent and deposit by 80% of the base price
• Example: 2 people = $1,080/month, 3 people = $1,560/month.
• All occupants must share the same room unless renting an additional room at full price

• No large trucks, trailers, or oversized vehicles
