This property is a 5 bedroom 2 bath co-living home. It is a quiet home with responsible professional adults. The house is well kept clean and safe. The front door and all bedrooms have coded locks. Each tenant will select their own 4-digit code at move-in. Every tenant will have to pass a background check before moving in. I will occasionally visit the property to do housekeeping, yard maintenance and general up-keep.
