Two fully furnished private bedrooms are available in a quiet home in the Pelican Cay community at Silver Lakes. Seeking clean, respectful working professionals or serious students. Single occupancy only per room.

Room & Bathroom Setup
• Bedrooms: Fully furnished with a bed, mattress, closet, and dresser storage.
• Bathroom: Dedicated Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the two rental rooms with independent locking doors on both sides. Not shared with the rest of the household.
• Shared Amenities: Full kitchen access and in-unit washer and dryer.
• Parking: Assigned driveway parking space (strictly 1 vehicle per tenant).
Financial & Lease Terms
• Rent: $1,100/month per room
• Deposit: One month’s rent per room, refundable subject to the rental agreement and applicable Florida law.
• Lease Duration: 12 months (60 day notice required prior to vacating).

Household Dynamic & Strict Rules
• Dogs on Premises: Two dogs live in the home. Applicants must be completely comfortable around dogs (no additional outside pets permitted).
• House Policies: Single occupancy per room strictly enforced. Zero tolerance for smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home. Shared spaces (kitchen, laundry, bathroom) must be kept clean after each use.

Screening Requirements
• Proof of steady income / employment verification (or student financial aid status).
• Background/reference check required.
• First month's rent plus security deposit due prior to move-in.
