This is a beautiful just remodeled townhouse with 3 rooms and looking to fill the 3rd room. I have a small dog (dachshund).
Looking for a young professional male that has regular work (day ) hours, full-time job not work from home. Past roommates have gotten along great while respecting each one’s privacy. We do not smoke or do any kind of drugs.
Very close to 595, I-95, Turnpike, 15 min from the beach, 2 minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel. This location is very central. Community has a pool and is gated.
Need 2.5 months to move-in (1st, last and 1/2 month security).
