Hi there, my name is Richard. I have a private bedroom available in a brand new, modern apartment building. Public transportation is one block away. Busses can get you to Newark Penn Station to get you to NYC, Hoboken, Jersey City, and all surrounding areas. The room is also very close to Newark Airport, a big convenience for those that must travel often.

You can have a private room for $1200, or share a room for $700
