Subletter Wanted

Hey! I'm looking for a qualified renter to sublet my apartment for the remainder of the lease (up in March 2023). This is a spacious 1-BR apartment located in a safe community that includes keyed access, a fitness center, a gated pool, ample parking (including free garage parking), and convenient access to local shops, eateries, medical facilities, and major highways. The price quoted includes the base rent and community utilities (e. g., valet trash, water/sewage, pest control). The subletter will be responsible for all extraneous utilities (e. g., electric, internet, cable, etc.). The subletter will need to go through the leasing office for approval, per their requirements.
