Shared and furnished living room space with large windows and lots of natural light. Kitchen has a dishwasher and gas stove/oven.

All utilities are included in rent. Separate charges for internet and renter's insurance.

Building has a small gym, lounge space, roof access with lounge chairs and tables, a laundry room, and garage. Garage parking is $200/month for a reserved spot.

Two young professionals looking for someone to takeover our extra bedroom from a roommate who is moving out. We have a friendly 2-year old cat.

We are looking for someone who values cleanliness and is mindful of shared spaces. A person who is open to occasional hangouts or dinner together but also respects personal space. Preferably someone with a stable income and a reliable history with rent and bills. Someone who is open to living with a cat that has freedom to roam most of the apartment.

You must be willing to sign a year-long lease that lasts through the end of 2026 into 2027.
