Private room for rent

Sharing an apartment with two professional roomates- a female and I. We both have a 9-5 schedule. Both late 20s/early 30s. I have a facebook ad as well, message me if you'd like the link for it.

$1300 for 1 (out of 3) available bedroom, excluding utilities. Available today. By the corner of F St NE & 3rd. Provided photos show the empty room and dimensions. Window has the view of the US Capitol building.

Welcome to any who would like to have 3 grocery stores in walking distance. Union Market is a 15 minute walk. Union Station is about a 7 minute walk. 4 Capital Bikeshare stations nearby. Union Kitchen is across the street. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor and is only accessible via stairs.

Unfortunately the apartment doesn't allow tenants to have pets. The property management will run a credit check and do their thing before you sign the lease. The lease is until February 2027, then will be up for renewal.

We're laid back and keep to ourselves. We hang out here and there. I tend to have movie nights/anime nights on occasion.

The apartment is slightly furnished and we're open to move things around and add more furniture and put more things up on walls. The photos are in the middle of my roomie leaving so pardon the boxes.

There's street parking and if you'd like a reserved parking spot, I believe it's an extra $100 per month to have a spot behind the apartment.
