The apartment also has in-unit laundry, three large closets for storage, and the bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen-size bed. Building amenities include a gym, residents lounge, coffee bar, pool, barbeque grills, rooftop, and dog run.

The rent is $2150 not including utilities.

Current lease runs until April 7, 2027.
