Lease Takeover U ST APT (Women only)

Hi, All! Making one more post for my search for a female roommate to take over my lease in an apartment building by 14th St and U (NW DC).

NONNEGOTIABLE: (Starting with this so you don't waste time) My roommate does have two cats who are actually pretty clean and keep to themselves for the most part of the day. So for this reason, sadly - No more pets 🙁

Basics: My roommate and I live in a cute 2b2b. Posting some photos and a recording of the empty space for your viewing! We are looking for another female roommate to replace me as soon as possible but hopefully before August, so if you're looking for a space dm me! I'm sad to be leaving this space and my roommate because the location is one of the best and she's awesome. You'd be right by so many restaurants, shopping places, (on the more practical side) the U Street/African-Amer Civil War Memorial/Cardozo, and a TRADER JOE's. One of our favorite pass times is to check out the new seasonal specials haha.

Vibe: We have a very social apartment! We love hosting parties, soirees, movie screenings, but we're also really respectful of each other's schedules/bed times etc. We like to catch up at the end of the day, but of course, some days are exhausting and some R&R is quite necessary. Also, cleanliness and tidiness are very important in this space! Overall, one of my best living experiences. Would highly recommend.

Budget: I pay about $1640 for everything rent + utilities + wifi. The building has a very easy payment system, and I just pay my roommate for wifi. I've also already paid for this years amenity fees which I would not ask you for. The lease transfer is a pretty simple process.
Furnishing: Our apartment is 763 sqft with HIGH ceilings. The place is very much furnished and once again - would not ask to split any of that with out. My roommate has LOADS of cleaning supplies (if you have them too - the more the merrier). I am very willing to part with some pieces in my room like my bed for a pretty reasonable price if you need, otherwise I'll just take them.

Other Logistics: I'm very happy to schedule a tour whenever with you (virtual or in person). My roomie will also chat with you then for a little after to say hi/meet you.
I have a few photos for reference and a video of the place. It's not the unit I'm in but the one a few floors down with the exact same layout.
