Hello everyone! As you may or may not know, I moved out of Tenleytown on June 22 to be closer to my job location. Thus, I am looking for the roommate replacement by July 1st (if not, August 1). Thus, if you are looking for a housing and interested, please feel free to message me!!!

The room is part of a townhouse in Tenleytown, just a 5-minute walk from the Red Line metro and 3 minutes from several bus lines (31, 33, 96, H2, H4). You’ll share a spacious kitchen and living room with three easygoing housemates who mostly keep to themselves. We are all professionals and observed quiet time after 8 PM

You will share the bathroom with another woman who is out of the house six days a week; she works at the Smithsonian as her full time job. The rent is a fantastic deal at just $759/month, with utilities ranging from $70–$150/month depending on the season.

The location is unbeatable — within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find Whole Foods, Lidl, Target, restaurants, bars, and fast food options. The lease is month-to-month, making it perfect for international students, grad students, or young professionals. We strongly prefer a woman/female aligned individual to apply.
