Looking for a housemate for apartment between navy yard and waterfront. Great Metro Access. Very walkable. Quick occupancy possible.

In the unit there is: a full kitchen, a balcony, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer. The building is terrific, clean, has a gym, security, bike storage, mailroom, small rooftop, great patio and grills, and elevators. The building is pet friendly and has a parking garage. It is conveniently located between Navy Yard and Waterfront Metro stops, easy walk Nats Park, as well as all the restaurants, bars, and more at the Navy Yard and Wharf. Nearby parks, grocery stores, you name it.
