Parking is by arrangement with current tenants as it is occupied until April 1st.

Unfurnished second bedroom ($1,400, available April 1st):
Room is located in the basement facing the front of the building with plenty of natural sunlight and access to a private patio. It also has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in closet.

Two male housemates are currently occupying the other rooms. One is a medical student (moving out March 31st) and the other works for FEMA.
