We have two rooms in a shared townhouse. There are total rooms in the house and we have two opening by January st , . It's between Shaw & it's blocks from logan circle. Near major two metro stations. We only allow one person per room. The kitchen and Baths are shared. There is a very nice backyard for outdoor activities hanging out BBQ etc... Each roommate gets their room with a lock. The roommates are young professionals ages late s and early s mixed sex and all have gone through backgroundcredit checks. Must have no criminal history, and proof of income to cover the rent and utilities. The minimum lease is months. There is a $application fee. At the time of signing the lease, one month's rent as security deposit and the first month's rent is due. Tenant responsible for hisher share of the utilities.
