We have one nice size room in a townhouse in a perfect location of DC. Its between Shaw & blocks to logan circle. Near major two metro stations. We only allow one person per room. The kitchen and Baths are shared. There is a very nice backyard for outdoor activities hanging out BBQ etc... Each roommate gets their room with a lock. The roommates are young professionals ages late s and early s mixed sex and all have gone through backgroundcredit checks. Must have no criminal history, and proof of income to cover the rent and utilities. The minimum lease is months. There is a $application fee. At the time of signing the lease, one month's rent as security deposit and the first month's rent is due. Tenant responsible for hisher share of the utilities. Usually run between $ per person which includes Electricity, Water bill, cleaning service & Internet. The property is updated and has AC central heating.
