Furnished shared areas — you'd just need to furnish your bedroom
Only a 12-minute walk from the Petworth Metro, and right across the street from bus routes

About the Area:
We're located right in the heart of downtown Petworth! Minutes away from some of the best restaurants and coffee shops, including Honeymoon Chicken, plus the Petworth Library (great if you WFH!), adorable coffee shops, an organic market, locally-owned thrift and book stores, a yoga/pilates studio, and a farmers market every Saturday.

About the Roommates (pictured below!):
We're two young professional women in our mid-to-late twenties. We're friendly and love watching shows after work, doing yoga, cooking together, and sometimes making cocktails. We'd love to be friends and hang out if you're open to it — but no pressure either way!

We pride ourselves on being inclusive and respectful of each other's space, and we keep the shared areas clean so everyone feels comfortable at home.
